How to install PhpStorm in Ubuntu

PhpStporm editor most widely used for writing codes in PHP. PhpStorm is not free but it provides a 30-day free trial. You can use 30-days it free. PhpStorm


Back End:

PhpStorm is perfect for working with Symfony, Drupal, WordPress, Zend Framework, Laravel, Magento, Joomla!, CakePHP, Yii, and other frameworks.

Front End:

It supports front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS, Sass, Less, Stylus, TypeScript, CoffeeScript, JavaScript, and  Emmet, with refactorings, debugging and unit testing available. You can see changes instantly in the browser.

Install Dependencies:

~$ sudo apt-get purge openjdk*
~$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/java
~$ sudo apt-get update
~$ sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-installer oracle-java8-set-default

Install PhpStorm:

~$ cd Downloads
~$ wget
~$ tar -xvf PhpStorm-2018.1.1.tar.gz.1
~$ cd PhpStorm-181.4445.72/bin/
~$ ./

Now you have done!
