Install Dependencies:

~$ sudo apt-get purge openjdk*
~$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/java
~$ sudo apt-get update
~$ sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-installer oracle-java8-set-default

Install PhpStorm:

~$ cd Downloads
~$ wget https://download.jetbrains.com/webide/PhpStorm-2018.1.1.tar.gz
~$ tar -xvf PhpStorm-2018.1.1.tar.gz.1
~$ cd PhpStorm-181.4445.72/bin/
~$ ./phpstorm.sh
